CUSTOMER STATED : Sink is leaking. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concern of the kitchen sink leaking. When I arrived, I found that both left and right sink basket strainers were loose and leaking when water is being ran. RESOLUTION : Replaced both left and right basket strainers for the kitchen sink. After repairs were made, I have filled both sides of kitchen sink up half way and let water drain to test for leaks. At this point in time, water is draining properly and there are no leaks, drips, or concerns appearing under the kitchen sink.
