Customer is having flooring redone and wants us to remove the pedestal sink and toilet in the powder room and then return when flooring is done to reinstall. Pedestal sink was completely caulked to the wooden board wall and was unable to be removed without cutting the wall. Informed home owner and she was fine with us cutting the wall. Pulled toilet and found the flange was in good condition. The flooring going back in is a 1/2 thicker than the current flooring so the pedestal will be raised up slightly if she goes back with a pedestal sink. Customer is debating on getting a vanity instead of the reusing the pedestal sink. Walked her through on the measurements of the space and what she would need to get in order for us to install it. Job is not completed waiting on customer to complete work Could not perform safety inspection due to flooring guys working in the home. Safety inspection will be completed on return trip.
