Customer stated: master bathroom tub was leaking. Technician notes: upon inspection found access hole already cut into master bedroom wall, further investigation led me to see that the tub was leaking from the overflow, the pvc riser was to short and was not allowing for a positive seal on the overflow gasket, there was also no over flow bracket installed. Cut and extended pvc overflow riser and reinstalled overflow correctly, filled and drained tub multiple times with no leaks occurring.
