CUSTOMER STATED:clogged toilet TECHNICIAN NOTES:came out today to diagnose a clogged toilet while on site found master bath toilet to be clogged. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:auger master bath toilet. After augering system was tested with success. JOB NOTES:no clean out, we needed to auger toilet before autho to properly diagnose if toilet was affected or main line.
