Technician notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection on the two bathroom house. The master and guest bathroom are both located upstairs and have all delta fixtures installed. No problems found at this time. The water heater is located in the utility room closet. The water heater is a 2018 40 gallon natural gas Rheem and is working properly at this time. The prv and shut off are located downstairs behind the water heater. The cleanout is on the right side of the porch. The water meter is on the left side of the driveway. Pressure during today’s visit was recorded at 70 psi. Tested kitchen sink drain for clogs at customers request and was unable to duplicate any clogs at this time.
