Customer stated: they had a broken faucet handle. Tech notes: called out today to look at a broken shower handle. While on site I found the hall bathroom on the second level has a broken crystal ball dance handle with a stripped cartridge. Resolution: I recommend replacing the dance handle and cartridge in hall bathroom on the second level. Job status: not complete. Job notes: home owner has no clean out and water is turned off to hose bibs. CM 05/20/2024 Customer stated: they had a broken shower handle. Tech notes: called out today to replace a price pfister shower handle and cartridge in the upstairs hall bathroom. While on site I shut water off to the home and drained the systems. Resolution: after draining the system I pulled the handle and cartridge out to replace. After replacement I turned water on and found no leaks or drips with the shower functioning properly as should.
