CUSTOMER STATED: The hose on the front of the house is not working TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon further inspection found the hose bib shut off to have failed in the off position and can not be turned back on RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replacing the shut off valve and the main shut off due to space restrictions JOB NOTES: This 1/2 gate valve had failed and will have to replace the hole home shut off as well to be able to make repair Customer will need to apply for financing JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
