CUSTOMER STATED: t&p relief valve on water heater is constantly running TECHNICIAN NOTES: found t&p valve and expansion tank for water heater have both failed. Tested pressure and found that the pressure on the house is reading 135 psi during todays visit. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: prv under house will need replaced then t&p and expansion tank will also need replaced.
