Customer states: wants 2 water heaters replaced Technician notes: upon arrival, customer had a 65 gallon state water heater in the garage and a 50 gallon state on the 3rd floor. Turned water off to home and began draining down heaters. Disconnected feed lines and removed old water heaters. Prepped new water heaters and moved them into place. Connected new feed lines and installed all code required items. Turned water back on to home and inspected both water heaters for any leaks or issues. Let water heaters fully fill up before powering them on. Got with customer and set up app control and connected water heaters to his WiFi.
