TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concerns of the master bathroom wall in shower located upstairs not turning off. Upon arrival water was turned off to the home After testing for concerns, we found shower was leaking hot water only. We removed the hot stem of the shower valve and found there to be no washer which was causing the concerns. RESOLUTION : Installed new washer for the hot stem needed for the master bathroom walk in shower located upstairs.
