Customer stated: they had a leaking t&p valve. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking t&p valve. While on site I found no water leaking from the t&p valve but home owner stated it does it often. I fund water in the pan from where the t&p had previously leaked but was not leaking upon arrival. I found the water pressure in the house is reading 85 psi which is above the maximum limit where the prv needed replaced. Resolution: I replaced the prv in the water heater closet. After repair I turned water on and tested to find pressure is now set to 60 psi. Job status: complete.
