CUSTOMER STATED : Flapper recently installed is not working correctly. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concerns of a flapper I recently replaced due to misunderstanding the customer. Customer stated we never repaired toilet properly the first time which is why I replaced flapper. Upon arrival, found no concerns with the flapper. Concerns are due to flapper chain falling off from the existing flush handle. Flush handle does not have perforated holes to properly attach flapper hook. RESOLUTION : Changed out flush handle for power bathroom toilet.
