Out today 6/7/24 Trevor J. Customer needs his water softener capped off/ bypassed. He has had nothing but issues out of it and it flooded his basement. Customer told me that office informed him this was going to be covered by MGP. Office told him we would waive service call. Clay talked to him on the phone and he agreed to move forward with repair. Cut 1” PEX main line in basement to bypass water softener. Ran new elbow to existing line. Customer is going to handle the rest of the water softener he just needed it bypassed. Restored water and tested for leaks. Called customer as he is not home. Use card on file for payment. Job Notes: Safety inspection previously completed. Job Status: Complete.
