Customer Stated: They were unable to get any hot water, and after discussing with the property management company they found that the gas to whole home was shut off at meter. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the gas meter is locked, and shut off, therefore no gas is able to be used through out the home. This is the reason the tenants are unable to get hot water through out the home. Resolution: There is nothing plumbing related I can fix for todays issues.
