Called out today due to customer smelling sewer gasses in upstairs bathrooms. Upon further inspection and talking to customer I found that the home owner does not use Roman tub in master bathroom and does not use secondary bathroom upstairs. Informed customer to run water in vanity, tub, shower in secondary, and Roman bathroom in master bathroom due to possible dried up traps. Jon is complete, no quotes needed
