CUSTOMER STATED: The master bathroom on 2nd floor has a constant drip from the spout And there is a leak in the cabinet TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found that the faucet in the master bathroom on the 2nd floor is constantly dripping from the spout and there is a leak coming from the drain of the master bathroom sink The cartridge in the master bathroom cartridge has become worn out And the pop up assembly was installed at such an angle that it is leaking at the drain connection to the pvc ptrap RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I recommend replacing the cartridge that has become worn out and to replace the pop up assembly and rework the sink drain I attempted to replace the cartridges in in the bathroom faucet The hot handle is not coming off of the faucet I called back into Ahs and got a new authorization number JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?)
