CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking faucet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking faucet. While on site I found the faucet in the basement bathroom walk in shower was leaking from the shower head. This is due to a failed shower cartridge. I tested the water pressure and found it was reading 60 psi which is within Georgia code. The shower cartridge is a delta blue and needs to be replaced in order to stop the leak. Resolution: I replaced the delta blue shower cartridge. After replacement I found no leaks or drips and everything functioning properly as should.
