We successfully repaired the toilet on the front side of the building and has been tested for proper functions and further concerns, presenting no issues at this time and can be used as needed. While repairing the toilet on the back side, we found the toilet is loose from the floor and will need to removed and reset to align with the new flush valve. After conversating with customer, he stated he wants us to send over an estimate to snake/camera all drains under the slab. With doing so I told him as we can pull the toilet from the floor in the back of the building to gain access to piping and see if we can better align the toilet. We MAY need to install a offset closet flange but I’m not sure until the toilet is pulled. RESOLUTION : Successfully repaired toilet on front end of the building.
