Customer States: There is a leak above the water heater in the bottom level. Happens when she uses the kitchen faucet. Technician Notes: Leak is coming from a loose/ improperly installed tubular nut. Nut is loose and there is no washer. This is causing leak into the bottom of the cabinet which leaks through the floor over the water heater. There is water damage.
