ResiPro Upon inspection I found that the tub drain assembly located in the upstairs guest bathroom was leaking into the below garage by the washer, and dryer machines. I removed drain strainer, and tried to reapply plumbers putty to see if this would solve the leaking issue. The tub drain was still leaking into garage. I believe we will need to replace the drain assembly to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. I do not have a drain assembly while on site for todays visit, and we will also need to submit to ResiPro to see if they will agree to pricing for repairs.
