The homeowner complaint is that they are having a smell from the kitchen sink We found that the smell is from mold/mildew there is a small leak coming from the pex tee on the hot water line in the cabinet We cut out the pex tee and replaced it with a new tee 2 new shut offs and 2 sections of pex Tested with no issues
