CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking toilet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking toilet. While on site I found the toilet on the second level is rocking and leaking into the bathroom below. I pulled the toilet and found the flange is on a flared lead line. The flange just needed to be reset and a new wax ring was needed. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: set flange and new wax ring and bolts. After setting the flange and replacing the wax ring and bolts, I reset the toilet and turned the water on to find everything functioning properly as should.
