Customer stated: they have a small leak in showers from the faucet. Technician notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection and Water Heater Flush. We inspected and tested the fixtures and found that the lavatories and toilets in both bathrooms are functioning normally. The kitchen sink and disposal were tested and are functioning normally. The two showers have a slight drip coming from the faucets which is due to the age of the cartridges. Both showers are Delta 1400 series. We advised the customer of the issue and created an estimate for repair. The water heater is an AO Smith 50 gallon natural gas heater. It is located in the hallway utility closet. The water heater is functioning normally. During the service we found minimal sediment. Resolution/Recommendations: Repairing the shower issue will require removing and replacing the Delta 1400 series cartridge for both showers. The customer was advised of the service recommendations
