CUSTOMER STATED : No hot water. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concerns of a 3 year old state water heater not producing hot water due to a defective gas control valve. Electronic gas control valve is showing no flashes. Water heater is still under manufacturing warranty. Recommended for customer to contact manufacturer and get new gas control valve for us to install for the cost of labor only. Customer signed off on estimate to relight water heater, however that did not resolve issues and asked if estimate signed off on could go towards cost to install a customer supplied gas control valve.
