Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Kohler elongated toilet located in the main level powder bathroom of the home, and is backed up with waste/sewage upon arrival. I presented options to start with running an auger down the trap of the toilet up to 6’ to try and clear the current clog, and the h/o elected to move forward with auger. Resolution/Recommendations: I was able to successfully clear the current clog/back up issue with closet auger. I fully pressurized the toilet, and flushed the toilet several times with/without toilet paper with no further issues or clogs.
