CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking water heater. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking water heater. While on site I found a big puddle under and behind the water heater. The water heater was turned off already when I was there. I turned water on to the heater and found water dripping on the burner assembly. The water heater is a 40 gallon Ao smith natural gas water heater located in the garage with plenty of access. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I recommend replacing the water heater in the garage. JOB NOTES: home owner wants estimates emailed over to him and wants to get other quotes. I explained to him we do price match if he would like to use us for the service. Hose bibs are turned off.
