CUSTOMER STATED: leak in upstairs shower , leak in basement near wall , another leak near hvac line TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found seals in door area leaking in hallway bathroom , water near wall in basement due to roofing issue , leak on copper pipe pinhole in basement and water heater missing sediment trap. RESOLUTION: non plumbing related glass door issue in main floor , basement leak is from roofing non plumbing related , pinhole in copper has been repaired and tested without further issues , water heater sediment trap has been installed without further issues located in basement aswell . JOBSTATUS: complete
