Customer Stated: They had a leak coming from the venting fan in the bathroom ceiling, but were unsure where it was coming from. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this bathroom is located in the main level powder room, and above it is the full guest bathroom. I ran water, flushed the toilet, splashed water around the sides with no indication of a leak anywhere. This upstairs guest bathroom is to far away from the powder bath to have any affect on where the powder bath ceiling is located. I let the tenant know this could very well be a roofing or venting issue as I am unable to recreate any leaks for todays visit. Resolution: I was unable to recreate any leaks for todays visit.
