CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated that the water heater in the basement was leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that the water heater bill in 2002 Rema natural gas unit has been leaking for an extended period of time and is not in a repairable state. Customer also has high water pressure at 105 psi, but technician cannot locate the regulator due to the tenant living downstairs. Not being around for him to show us where it’s located and the customer not answering their phone to answer where the main water shut off is located. Technician did a sweep of the basement and cannot locate the main water shut off or regulator. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: customer will need to completely replace the water heater to resolve the issue, but will need to replace the pressure regulating valve as well for Georgia state code requirement of requiring the water, pressure to be below 80. Once the pressure regulator valve has been replaced we will be able to replace the water heater for t
