Customer/ Tenant States: Leak under kitchen sink. Sink leaks when you fill it up and drain it. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a sink leaking in the kitchen. Leak is coming from the left side basket strainer. Basket strainer was installed improper and loose which led to a leak. Strainer will need replaced with new and tubular will have to be taken apart and modified to accompany new strainer. Resolution: Removed faulty basket strainer. Installed new strainer with new seals and putty. Rebuilt tubular after modifying to fit new strainer depth. Ran water and filled sink. Tested for leaks.
