CUSTOMER STATED: Shower is leaking again TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon further inspection found the shower pan was cracked and broken And the sub floor needs to be looked at to insure structural integrity Crack has gotten worse since last visit RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replace the fiber glass shower pan will have to remove the pile and stick and tile to remove the shower pan and insure the floor is sound to put new pan back and insure drain line is not to high up for shower pan JOB NOTES: Need to get with Robert on price if we even want to mess with this shower Customer also stated that the tub had been cracked since we were here the last time but not as bad JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?) Not compleat PARTS: (IF INCOMPLETE ARE STOCK OR SPECIAL ORDER PARTS NEEDED?)
