The homeowner complaint is that they had water stains show up in the living room ceiling the homeowner said they shut off the valves under the guest bathroom sink on the 2nd floor and the leak stopped I found that the water stains are all following the areas where 2 sheet rock borders meet I then went up stairs and found the cold supply line nut that connects to the shut off was loose and there was water standing on the shut off valve I tightened the supply line to the shut off valve and tested with no issues Authorization Job completed Estimates
