Out today to address tenant concerns of extremely low flow of hot water in the hallway full bath tub/shower and overall low flow of the kitchen sink. The shower appears to need a replacement of the moen posi-cartridge with something blocking the hot water flow. I removed the supply lines in the kitchen and tested the flow directly from the shut off with a new supply lines and was able to determine that the flow is adequate but debris seems to have lodged in the faucet itself which. would require replacement Amount approved over the phone with Sean Garcia to complete work at $515.00 Please submit and WO WILL HAVE been updated to match price.
