Tech notes: out today for high pressure and full expansion tank. Upon arrival, turned water off to home and drained it down. Removed existing prv. Installed new watts 25aub prv. Removed existing expansion tank. Unboxed and prepped new expansion tank. Installed new expansion tank and turned water on to test. Everything is functioning properly at this time.
