CUSTOMER STATED: Pipe leak on copper in basement, 1/2 inch copper line in basement needs capped, upstairs jack and Jill single handle shower hot and cold are swapped, upstairs jack and Jill toilet loose at base, downstairs master bathroom toilet loose at base. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Water pressure 60 psi. Home is on septic, no outside cleanout. Tested toilets in downstairs master bathroom and upstairs jack and Jill bathroom, no mechanical problems found. Upstairs jack and Jill single handle shower hot and cold swapped, shower needs to be rebuilt. Pinhole leak in 3/4” copper in basement ceiling, pipe needs to be repaired. 1/2” copper line which was previously deleted capped off with valve. Open pipe after valve. Customer states home inspector requires this pipe to be capped. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: 3/4” copper pipe in basement needs to be repaired.
