Still waiting on replacing my shower cartridge after months

I had Georgia Plumber out to fix some issues, mainly lack of hot water. They were able to order the correct part and notified me I needed to replace house pressure regulator. I also had them look at my shower, that constantly leaked. Because there were 3 items that needed to be replaced, they continued to cancel service calls, even though I had the part to replace on my hot water heater. We went without hot water for an extra 2 days due to scheduling errors. It was very difficult to get in contact with someone from My Georgia Plumber and they would say one thing, then do another. I had a technician show up at my house without notification one day. I still haven't had my shower fixed, even though I have paid for it. It has been over 3 months now and I am still waiting.

Estimate to flush the condensation drain and remove any build up inside of the connection to heat exchanger to the condensations drain Inspected home to find no issues. All fixtures are in good condition with no leaks. Water pressure at 62psi and all toilets flush well. Tankless water heater reportedly throwing a code 90. Tested gas pressure to find it was at 6.5 “w.c. The range for the tankless is 3.5-10.5 “w.c. Talked to tech support and they suggested trying to flush warm water down exhaust vent to flush out condensation drainage system inside the tankless and if that does not work the to remove the hose attached to the back side of the condensation drain port and remove any obstructions. Flushed water down exhaust vent of tankless and removed hose to back side of condensation port to find no issues besides a little bit of grime that flushed through the system. Could not get the heater to throw a code 90. Tested. Job is completed.

This is a complimentary estimate to complete the master bath remodel. This will include setting the existing toilet with supply line, two customer supplied faucets including 2 emergency shut-off valves and tubular drain connections for each drain. Setting of the free standing tub and tub filler. Out today 4/19/24 Trevor J. Return trip to trim out master bathroom after rough in was completed on 2/28. Installed the new free standing tub, attempted to hard pipe drain line but tub sat too far from the tub filler. Small amount of water would get on the floor when turning on/ off. Used the flexible drain that came with the free standing tub and tied into trap adapter. Set tub in place. Customer is aware he should consider doing a color matched caulking around the base for added stability. Installed new Delta tub filler on the Masco tub filler rough in box. Secured mounting bracket to floor and secured tower. Tested filler for proper function and leaks, no water is escaping from the tub w

Customer complaint that the toilet was running consistently and they had to jiggle it to get it to stop. No mechanical failure at time of appointment, technician flush toilet multiple times to find no issue other than the fill valve tube had come loose and was causing the water to spray when customer took off lid to toilet. Customer attached tube to toilet flush valve and fill valve before our arrival today.
