Tech notes: out today for leak in ceiling. Upon arrival. Ran all bathrooms upstairs to test. Flushed toilets multiple times and splashed overflows and faceplates. Found that the toilet bolts were lose on both toilets and the tank to bowl bolts were also lose on both toilets. Also one of the toilets was running constantly. The tank to bowl bolts were leak steadily. Tightened down toilet bolts and tank to bowl bolts. Adjusted both fill valves and tested. Everything is functioning properly at this time.
