Jason is extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about water treatment and water heaters. We called for an estimate on a water heater replacement and decided on the spot to use Northside Services because of Jason's information and professionalism. He not only answered questions about the water heater we were replacing, but also patiently answered our questions about other water treatment equipment we had. Jason scheduled a technician to come out the same day and install the new heater. There was no sales pressure and the price was reasonable, not the cheapest necessarily, but cheapest isn't always best. I will fill out another survey after we've actually used the water heater for a few days. It is just now being installled.

It took 4 visits to finally complete the job. Gary was the last tech to come out and finally fixed the problem. Just to be clear this was Gary's first visit to address this problem. He stuck with it until he properly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I encourage you to do a full work review on my property. This is not the first time it has required multiple visits to correct a problem.

50 gallon TALL E62-50T Hillsborough County permit (pulled online) Determine which 30 amp breaker is servicing heater. Then, mark the breaker "W/H"
We put in coil yesterday and tube fell off evaporator coil and caused leak. Made repair and balanced refrigerant to 11 degrees subcool.
Installed txv system works properly and cooling with proper pressure and temperature difference
Replaced cartridges in both sink and tub to restore proper functionality of fixtures, replaced fill valve and flapper for toilet. ** FULL one year warranty on all parts and labor
Evaporator Coil is leaking. Horizontal in garage. Hang kit is in front of coil. Need to bring a little to hold AH up while changing coil. May need 2 people. Both systems were installed in 2008, however this AH was replaced in 2011 and was not registered with the manufacturer. Customer bought a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We are not charging the customer for the coil per Leah. Comfortmaker ICP AH Model: FEM4P4800AT Serial: A111190743

Replaced blower assembly per AO Smith. Tested blower assembly and water heater still shut off as it was originally doing. Searched through burner assembly, found burner to be out of its mounting bracket. Reset burner. Found a diffuser from flue assembly had broken off of flue. Removed broken diffuser. Found air switch on BRAND NEW blower assembly was leaking. Replaced with a new air switch and water heater is NOW operating correctly.

System in very poor condition.customer wants to replace his own stat Option C - System Update
System is running but not reaching customer satisfaction cause the txv goes bad. Need Check why the condenser trip the breaker and I found that the compressor is shorted to ground.
