The technician was great. I just don't understand why I should be charged $89 for a service that was done in less than three months ago. I have spent a lot of money with your company, and it seems like every three or four months I have to get my system cleaned out.

PTU: total precision tune-up, Remove debris from outdoor unit, wash out condenser coil, light brush and inspection of evaporator coil, check microfarad values of all capacitors, check contact points on starter, check amp draw of both motors, lubricate where applicable, monitor refrigerant pressures, & thoroughly blow out drain line. 10/10 warranty replaced capacitor and two uv systems. $75 coupon
Took pictures of screws that attach draft hood to flue piping. Our manufacturer for tanks does not provide a draft hood that has screw provisions for attachment to the tank. Removed draft hood, bent 2 pins on the legs outward and screwed into those to secure hood to tank.
Ran tub drain for over 5 minutes. Cannot video inspect line due to lack of access (camera won't fit through a tub trapset) Used Flir to trace drain piping through ceiling. No stoppage reoccurring, but found the tub trapset to be leaking in closet ceiling. Wrote repair estimate, landlord needs to locate funds to pay for repairs.
Plumbing maintenance, plumbing system checked out fine no leaks or concerns to point out. Water heater in great shape and drains functionality at 100%
#review performed tune up on 1 year old Rheem, 17 seer. Performed a thorough cleaning and evaluation of the system. Light growth in airhandler, recommend uv system. High seer system, recommend surge protection at condenser.
System wasn't running cause of drain clogged, cleaned out perfectly system works properly and cooling with a temperature difference of 20.
Gave free estimates on system replacement from home advisor. Landlord tenant. Homeowner was not there. Spoke to him on the phone.
Zone system not working properly. Found 1 thermostat inoperable but zone working properly. All zones opened and closed. Need to order pro 8000 non wi fi thermostat and schedule install. All zones are open and house is cooling.
System less than 1 year old. System was low on refrigerant. Did not find a leak. Could've been low from install. Everything is cooling fine.

warranty call back for zone dampers. I arrived at Jason and Dawn Ford residence. Zone dampers for the right side of the home are being called for to open but will not open. The Thermostat seems to be sending a signal to the controller but the zone dampers are not responding. There are 4 motorized zone damper controls and only one is working causing the house to freeze on the left side and bake on the right side. This set up is under warranty for a full 10 years parts and labor. Replace 3 zone damper controls and the Honeywell 8000 Thermostat. I am unable to get the motors for each zone control dampers tonight nor the Thermostat tonight. However I have all zones opened at this time and the main Thermostat is controlling the system until the motors for the zones can be replaced. I am not familiar with the way this system was set up and no schematic or paperwork is available to troubleshoot this set up.
