warranty call back for zone dampers. I arrived at Jason and Dawn Ford residence. Zone dampers for the right side of the home are being called for to open but will not open. The Thermostat seems to be sending a signal to the controller but the zone dampers are not responding. There are 4 motorized zone damper controls and only one is working causing the house to freeze on the left side and bake on the right side. This set up is under warranty for a full 10 years parts and labor. Replace 3 zone damper controls and the Honeywell 8000 Thermostat. I am unable to get the motors for each zone control dampers tonight nor the Thermostat tonight. However I have all zones opened at this time and the main Thermostat is controlling the system until the motors for the zones can be replaced. I am not familiar with the way this system was set up and no schematic or paperwork is available to troubleshoot this set up.
