On today’s visit customer made us aware that the hose bib we installed approximately a year ago had failed at the solder joint. I cannot determine whether this was an installation issue or not so I am warranting the work this time but this is a very irregular failure on next visit if this specific issue happens again I may need to charge the customer. I cleaned the copper and hose bib area well and soldered it back together after that was performed I turned the water back on and tested thoroughly now everything is functioning properly.
