➖Run drain machine through outside clean out and attempt to clear the blockage Upon arrival to the home I spoke with the tenants about the issue at hand and I came to the conclusion that there was a mainline blockage. I then proceeded to speak with the homeowner about the issue at hand and how best to move forward to do with the issue. The homeowner decided to have me go ahead and do the work to get the line flowing again. I began by running my dream machine down the line until the blockage was cleared. Once the blockage was cleared I went inside and tested everything thoroughly to make sure that everything is flowing properly. Everything is flowing properly at this time.
