After arriving to the rental property to perform a camera inspection of the main sewer line began by inserting my camera through the clean out located underneath the carport, I was able to identify that the original cast iron is in moderate to fair condition, as well as there being an obstruction approximately 50 foot into the line where the city drop is located in the homeowners driveway, Drop begins at approximately 5 foot and goes to an unknown depth due to the obstruction I am unable to determine the final depth of the drop, at this time I have provided multiple upfront process for various solutions, after reaching out to the homeowner via telephone he is currently on vacation and will need to speak with his wife before making a decision on the matter, I will be reaching out Monday to further discuss and answer any questions that they may have
