On today’s visit the customer made me aware that there was major leakage in the crawlspace from the tub on first floor as well as poor flow/pressure in the hall bath and master bath lavatory faucets. I checked the pressure of the home to ensure that it was isolated at the faucets with the pressure issue as well as determined the tub waste and overflow was disconnected at overflow portion and had signs of failure at the tub shoe area. I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and for today we could not agree on pricing unfortunately but customer will let us know if he decides to go through with the repairs Nick pleasants Carrboro,nc
