Upon arrival couldn’t get customer to the door neighbor came over and contacted his daughter and she got the spare key went in disarm the alarm customer was in bed asleep have a look at water heater is only six years old and has been flushed in the past per customer I think getting the OK from his daughter over the phone and from customer I flushed water that is located in basement for 30 minute and after flushing for 30 minutes before filling water all the way back up I checked thermal expansion tank and and air pressure in tank in 53 psi after filling water heater and getting all wire outs lines checked pressure at heater and it was 55 psi talked with customer and at this time there is no other issues
