Upon arrival to the house customer stated that when Lowe’s hardware was installing a new washing machine that they accidentally broke off one of the shut off’s for the washing machine at this time I provided her upfront pricing and options and she chose to go with replacing the hot and cold shut off valve and adding an access panel with emergency shut off valves inside the access panel as well at this time the work was completed and the water turned back on and everything is functioning as it should
