On today’s visit I performed a 65 point whole home inspection and we did not flush the heater due to the fact it was installed approximately two months ago by home warranty company. All items in the home are in good working condition. The customer did like the toilet we installed on our visit in November and requested an estimate to install two more customer supply toilets. He will let us know when he wants to do that but we’re more than likely be close to his membership expiration so that he can also renew that. Thank you,Leny leggard Nick pleasants Cary,nc
