After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of an issue he was experiencing. 6 months ago, he had a third story attic area finished, and he added a full bathroom in that area. Since that was completed, the homeowner has had issues getting hot water to that bathroom group. He said the renovation was permitted and inspected, and that it passed. A licensed company and contractor completed the work. We began in that new bathroom and tested the fixtures. I started off by running the sink and shower, which I was able to get hot water. When I reattempted to do the same thing, the hot water did not come. The home is equipped with a Rinnai RL75 natural gas unit, located in the crawlspace.
