Upon arrival customer made me aware that she had a hot water heater put in over the weekend and upon arrival I found immediately that the black power wire was not connected properly I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing anyway at this time she chose to just have me connect the wires properly and pay her dispatch fee as well.
