Upon arriving at the home, Thomas and I discussed the issues he was having with his drain clean out and the cap. It had. Large crack in the cap and in the adaptor. After further discussion with Thomas he agreed that would be the best path to proceed with. Once that decision was made I went to Ferguson to get the materials needed. After returning from the supply house I cleared away the small amount of dirt from my work area to allow access to workable pipe. I Cut and remove damaged clean out access and cap. I then ensure the area was clean and clear to install the new cast iron riser and brass cap to prevent issues with the dogs in the future. Test to verify proper function and no leaks
